Ms. Nasiba Nurmatova joined ICBA in July 2024. She has more than ten years of experience in Project Management and Evaluation, specializing in international development initiatives.
She has actively contributed to various international NGO projects across more than 30 countries in Eurasia, Central Asia, West Africa, and South Africa.
Before joining ICBA, Ms. Nasiba Nurmatova worked at the American Councils for International Education in Washington D.C. She led Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) efforts for multi-country projects in Central Asia, established online data collection systems, conducted data analysis, and presented performance reports. Nasiba also trained over 300 employees on M&E principles, supervising data collection and analysis, and supporting teams in crafting data visualizations for stakeholders reporting
She also had a consultancy work with the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and project management roles at the USAID initiatives in Kyrgyzstan.
Ms. Nasiba Nurmatova holds a MSc in Development Practice with a focus on Program Evaluation from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Central Asia.
