ICBA, in collaboration with the Peruvian Consulate in Dubai, has prepared a short movie showing the preparation and recipes of two delicious quinoa dishes:
1. Quinoa salad
2. Rissotto with quinoa
Since 2006, ICBA is pursuing a high yielding and very nutritional quinoa varieties with elevated levels of salinity tolerance and good adaptation to the local environment of marginal regions it targets, including the Arabian Peninsula.
